o:2456 INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT IN PANDEMIC-RELATED CONDITIONS en The aim of the paper is to give the insight into international business and management in pandemic-related conditions in the first half of 2020. The subject of the paper is the analysis of the impact of the initial pandemic wave on the conditions in which international business and management take place and the risks to which companies are exposed, the ways they react to these conditions regarding the business ventures they give up or undertake, as well as the possibilities of how to cope with the current pandemic conditions. Therefore, the paper consists of three parts which analyze each of these aspects. In the pandemic-related conditions, full of unknowns and declining trends of almost all economic indicators, managers have a significant and additional responsibility to consider all relevant aspects and act accordingly making possibilities to mitigate the effects of a pandemic and to get through it.
