o:2611 Teško ubistvo iz bezobzirne osvete i niskih pobuda u krivičnom zakonodavstvu Crne Gore Aggravated murder cut of reckless revenge and low motives in Montenegrin criminal law : doctoral dissertation sr With the dostoral dissertation we wanted to point out, analyze and explain the concept and formo f this crime, following it through different stages of development of society in this area, as well as how it is regulated in the legal system of Montenegro.The analysis includes various forms of reckless revenge and low motives, as well as „blood revenge“, a relic of the past that is still active in this area.The subject of our research was aimed at studying the reckless revenge and low motives in this area, as well as the danger of this crime and its spread. In this regard, the question arises of combating this vicious crime, studying the characteristics, which will give u san answer for preventive action and punishment of perpetrators.The dissertation consists of six chapters, the first chapter includes an analysis of criminal law protection of life, the second chapter deals with aggravated murder, at the instigation of the perpetrator, the third chapter analyzes aggravated murder of reckless revenge or low motives in the law of Montenegro, in the fourth chapter the analysis of aggravated murder uot of reckless revenge and low motives in historical and legal monuments is made, followed by the elaboration in chapter five, namely murders out of reckless revenge and other low motives in court practice, and finally in the sixth chapter an analysis of the characteristics of crimes against life and body and their perpetrators in Montenegro.With a comprehensive analysis, we wanted to point out the existence, not to a small extent, of this crime, its mutation and new forms. We also wanted to point out the importance of preventive work, as well as the importance of discovering the motives in these crimes and penal policy that differed from case to case, which all contributed to the increase of this crime and its different manifestations.
